MAIN PURPOSE:
Spray drying is a wide applied process in liquid process shapingand drying industry,. lt is particularly suitable for producing powderand granular solid products from solution, emulsion, suspensionand paste liquid. Therefore when the distribution of granule size,remaining moisture, bulk density, granule shape of finishedproducts must conform to accurate standards, the spray drying is an ideal process.
MAIN FEATURE:
After being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor atthe top. The hot air evenly enters the drying chamber in a helicalform. The liquid materials are sprayed into micro-fine fog dropletsthrough the spraying of high-speed centrifugal atomizer (rotation) at the top of the tower. Then they contact the hot air concurrentlyand are dried into finished products in a short time. The finishedproducts will be discharged from the bottom of the drying unit andcyclone separator, while the exhaust gas will be discharged by the fan.
