Dongguan Chenyuan Trading Co., Ltd., backed by our factory Fengyu Precision Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., supplies precision metal components for AC/DC cooling fans and motors. Our factory started in Taiwan in 1971 and established Dongguan production base in 1995.

We have maintained decades of deep cooperation with well-known Taiwanese fan manufacturers such as Sunon and Delta. We have manufactured nearly 200 different specifications and sizes of fan motor parts. We fully understand the strict tolerance requirements of fan products on roundness, perpendicularity, concentricity, end face flatness and wall thickness difference of deep drawn shells.

These components are core structural parts for cooling fans and motors. We support mold development, prototyping and mass production to guarantee stable fan operation, low vibration and long service life.

Our quality lab adopts Mitutoyo CMM, roundness tester, projector, hardness tester and XRF analyzer. Every batch is inspected for dimension, geometric tolerance and material property.
